Teardrop blue shell ring

Blue shell sterling silver ring. Beautiful teardrop shaped shell is strong, resilient, and iridescent. The teardrop shell shape is stunning wrapped in the gallery wire standing on a single silver ring band.

Little info about the shell:

• Composed of alternate layers of calcium carbonate and conchiolin.
• Found mostly in warm tropical places including the United States, Europe, Asia and Japan.
• Handcrafted in Kentucky in my jewelry studio.
• Please keep in mind that this lovely piece of handcrafted jewelry will vary slightly from the pictures shown above because it is handmade versus commercially made. 

Care instructions:

• This is a natural shell and can be delicate to abrasives. Please take care when wearing during strenuous adventures or swimming. Do not use abrasive cleaner on the shell.
