Heart necklace

Heart necklace. This is an agate stone that is nestled in sterling silver. I found this stone while on an adventure in Kentucky and thought it would make a gorgeous heart. I shaped it into a heart on my cabochon machine while being sure to keep dainty but durable for everyday wear. Agate stones have a of variety of chalcedony, which comes in a wide variety of colors. Agates are primarily formed within volcanic matter.
